I'm Kashan Sabir, a Webflow developer based in Islamabad, working with SaaS and health tech teams across the US. For the past 3+ years I've turned Figma files into fast, scalable websites that non-technical teams can actually manage.
I founded Nexaab, a web agency focused on healthcare and MedTech, because health tech is where credibility matters most and where most websites quietly fail. Patients and buyers decide in seconds. I build sites that survive that judgment.

What exactly do you build?
Conversion-focused Webflow sites for SaaS and health tech: marketing sites, CMS-driven blogs and resource hubs, membership areas, and payment flows. I build from your Figma files or design from scratch, and I hand over something your team can run without me.
Do you design, or only build from Figma?
Both. If you already have Figma files, I'll turn them into a pixel-accurate, scalable Webflow build. If you don't, I can handle design and build together so the whole thing stays consistent from first draft to launch.
How long does a typical project take?
Most marketing sites launch in 3 to 6 weeks, depending on page count, CMS complexity, and how much custom animation is involved. Larger builds with memberships and payments run longer. You get a timeline with milestones before any work starts.
Can my team edit the site after launch?
Yes, that's the whole point. I structure the CMS and components so a non-technical team can publish posts, swap content, and update pages without touching code. You get a documented handover, not a hostage situation.
Do you handle memberships and payments?
Yes. I build gated content, subscriptions, and checkout with Memberstack and Stripe, and wire up automations through Make.com so signups, CRM syncing, and email all happen without manual work.
You're in Islamabad. Does the time zone work for US teams?
It's an advantage. I keep overlap hours for calls and often deliver work overnight relative to US time, so you wake up to progress. Most of my clients are US-based and communication has never been an issue, and my Upwork reviews back that up.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. Many clients keep me on a retainer for iterations, new pages, and A/B tests after launch, like the multi-year engagement with ZephyrX. We can also just do the build and part ways. Whatever fits.
